Carlton Tower is a clean, quiet and well maintained Adult Preferred building. There is onsite laundry facilities on each floor, a sundeck, recreation room, and party room.

Power, heat and water are included in the rent. Outside energized parking is $50 per month per stall, Outside covered parking is $55 per month per stall, Underground parking is $65 per month for a small stall, and Underground parking is $70 per month for a large stall. Thirteen month lease terms are available for new and current tenants (if eligible).
