Suites include a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and air conditioner. Upper level suites also have a balcony. Some suites have a spacious living room with a decorative electric fireplace. Some suites also feature a built-in entertainment centre above the fireplace.

Chancellor Gate has onsite laundry facilities located on the main floor of each building, and a security entrance with an intercom.

Rent includes heat, water, and one energized parking stall. Tenants are responsible for power. Extra outside energized parking is available for $30/month. Twelve month lease terms are available to new and current tenants (if eligible).
